Fashion and Style from "The Blaque book"

Passeggiando per le strade di New York ,in una giornata qualunque, un ragazzo ci si avvicina chiedendo di scattarci una foto per “street style” , successivamente tra una chiacchiera e l’altra è nata magicamente una bella collaborazione tra noi, e oggi voglio parlarvi di lui:

Il suo Nome è Randy Bowden, che assieme con suo Fratello Javam,fonda il sito  TheBlaquebook  con l’obiettivo di dare spazio a quella parte , seppur piccola, della gente che nel “Sud U.S.A.” crede e segue la Moda, quella con la M maiuscola.

I due fratelli  , vedono uno spiraglio di luce, una piccola nicchia nella moda, del lato sud,  motivo per il quale hanno voluto provare ad  espandere questo loro messaggio

TheBlaquebook parla di moda,di stile e anche di scenari di lusso; si concentra sulla ricerca, sulle diverse tecniche di styling, sulla previsione di tendenze, con l obiettivo di trasmettere ai lettori ,uno stile di vita innovativo, un espressione creativa e ambizione senza limiti.

Walking through the streets of New York, in an ordinary day, a guy approaches us asking us for a make photo for "street style", then between a chat and the other was born a magically beautiful collaboration between us, and today I want to talk about him:

TheBlaquebook was created by brother duo, Randy and Javan Bowden. These brothers saw a niche' in fashion, in the south where the demographic does not represent the fashion forward individuals, that could be beneficial to the overall outlook of the individuals of the south and expand the appreciation for fashion in the south.  TheBlaquebook  is an embodiment of fashion, style, and luxurious scenery. Focusing on showcasing styling techniques, trend forecasting, and influencing our viewers into a lifestyle of innovative style, creative expression, and limitless ambition.

Randy  si occupa principalmente  della creazione degli editoriali di moda e di mantenere continuamente alto lo stile innovativo e blog,

Il blog nasce due anni fa , e attualmente ha già  riscosso grande successo ,per sua breve esistenza, Randy e Javan ,inoltre,non canalizzano tutte le loro energie restando dietro lo schermo di un pc, ma, entrambi hanno partecipato a varie manifestazioni nel settore moda in tutta la parte  sud-est USA, come consulenti, relatori, e giudici.

Randy, non finisce di stupirci, infatti, continua a farsi un nome e strada nel settore del fashion , come e designer,  attraverso la personalizzazione denim e ispirandosi un po allo stile “Atlanta-based” gruppo hip-hop, e collaborando per la rivista XXL di Porter.

"E 'sempre emozionante lavorare con coloro perché amano il proprio lavoro e che credono in se stessi.

E sono certo che Bianca Jean guiderà  TheBlaquebook in maniera eccellente

queste sono le parole di Charmin White in riferimento ai due fratelli Bowden, fondatore e Publicist a "White Jean".

Randy is one half of the brother duo that is responsible for creating the breakthrough fashion and style blog,  TheBlaquebook  . The blog is now two years old and has enjoyed great success in its short existence, Randy and Javan are not just channeling their energy from behind the computer screen, though. Both have participated at various fashion industry events throughout the southeast serving as consultants, panelists, and judges. Randy also continues to make a name for himself as a stylist and designer, customizing denim and having previously styled Atlanta-based hip-hop group, Travis Porter, for XXL Magazine.

“It’s always exciting to work with those who are equally as passionate about their professions as we are. And I’m certain that White Jean will guide TheBlaqueBook in its excelling direction. They’re absolutely in great hands,” says Charmin White, founder and Publicist at White Jean. The merge comes in as White Jean’s third official client since its launch in May 2012.

Randy è attualmente vive a New York City stagista presso la rivista  Marie Claire   per l'estate. Ritornerà  a Tuscaloosa ,per pochi mesi prima di tornare a New York , per fare uno stage presso  Diane von Furstenberg   in autunno.

Randy ha disegnato per molti individui e gruppi, in particolare hip hop più calda del gruppo, Travis Porter, la rock band di Atlanta, 50-1-50, (che saranno presenti su uno speciale di MTV con il figlio di L.A.Reid questa primavera).

Javan vive a Washington, DC come studente e redattore fotografico per l'Università Howard yearbook,  The Bison.  Egli è anche pesantemente coinvolto nelle organizzazioni del campus, tra cui The Society of Collegiate Black Men

Randy is currently living in New York City interning with Marie Claire magazine for the summer. He will be returning to Tuscaloosa for a few short months before heading back to NYC as an intern at Diane von Furstenberg in the fall.

Randy has styled several individuals and groups, most notably hip hop's hottest group, Travis Porter, the Atlanta based rock band, 50-1-50, (who will be featured on an MTV special with L.A. Reid's son this Spring).

 Javan lives in Washington, DC as a student and photography editor for the Howard University yearbook, The Bison. He is also heavily involved in various campus organizations, including The Society of Collegiate Black Men.
